Body: I e-mailed for information before I placed my order and got a
response the next day. I ordered a drum for my Sharp copier which listed
for $99 with free shipping. The next cheapest I could find on the net
was $139.99 plus S & H. Although unrated, I took a chance and am I
glad I did. My drum arrived in less than a week, was exactly what I needed,
was in perfect condition, and my Am Ex card was charged only $99. I would
not hesitate to place another order. They were excellent!

Body: I dont mean to be overly glowing about this company by rating
them Excellent all the way through, but I will tell you my reasons for
being so inclined: 1. Their Price could not be beat. The cost of two of
their toner cartridges $125 for my Canon Copier was the equivalent of
one that you could buy retail from Staples or Office Depot. 2. Their courteous
email thanking me for doing business with them allowed me to track my
order, and know when I would be receiving it via UPS. In conclusion, I
have bookmarked their site, and typed in Copier Refill Company....as my
reminder. I know when my copier needs new cartridges, they have earned
my return business.
